Silence....

In a world of silence
i try to express my thoughts
but my mouth stays open
without a trace of movement

humanity is at the edge of the grave
sincerity lost by our own fault
greed overcoming all things
eternity just a moment of illusion
stimulated by all the chemicals we use

friendship lost when we envy
what we can not obtain
then we return to our basic instincts
and eliminate the source of that suffering
hoping in the end for salvation
maybe from a superior being
but all that is left to us is
the decision of our own soul

Can we be saved....
